Channel Marketing Coordinator

The Channel Marketing Coordinator is responsible is responsible for supporting, coordinating and tracking initiatives within the marketing department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related area (A viable combination of education and experience will be considered.)
- Must be proficient with the MS Office package
- Must have exceptional verbal and written skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization
- Process all requests for Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-Op funding for the Americas region
- Gather and compile additional information as needed to support evaluation of these requests
- Secure proper approvals and issue PO numbers to partners
- Track marketing-related data including, but not limited to, leads delivered, events completed, agreements fulfilled, etc. and request associated Accounting reimbursement
- Work with colleagues to ensure appropriate follow up is completed including but not limited to, e-cards sent, loading information into Salesforce, etc.
- Track data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of events and activities; evaluate short and long term campaign ROI and supply marketing, sales, and executive team with results.
- Assist with event logistics for Americas region.
