Channel Manager (Netherlands)

Job Description:
The Channel Manager is responsible for selling Veeam/nworks products by recruiting, training and enabling channel partners who focus on VMware virtualization. The Channel Manager must develop executive-level relationships with resellers (VARs), distributors, and large VMware customers within the Netherlands territory. There will also be end user focus as a requirement of this position and in addition to channel activities the successful candidate must also have enterprise software solution sales experience and be prepared to sell to the existing customer base and prospect for new customers.
 
Job Requirements:

  • Successful sales experience with channel-focused company
  • Proven track record of successful selling in the enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology, experience with VMware and/or Citrix is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Be fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent years of experience

    Job Functions:
  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory
  • Developing and executing territory plan with the focus on channel partners and large VMware customers
  • Recruiting, training and enabling channel partners (VARs and distributors) with the focus on SMB run rate business
  • Working closely with VMware account managers and channel partners on closing large enterprise deals
  • Track record of accomplishment selling in the enterprise, client-server market
  • Proven relationships in top tier enterprise accounts and ability to open new
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales that gets results
