Storage Capacity Report is essential for storage capacity analysis, planning and deployment. It provides statistics on datastore capacity and utilization, virtual machine population on those datastores, and lets you see what virtual machines are running out of free space on their logical disks. Now in Visio reports you can select the root object you want to report on. Download the latest Veeam Reporter from http://www.veeam.com/download_all.asp 2. Run the Veeam_Reporter.msi setup file. 3. Agree to the License Agreement terms to proceed. UNINSTALLING VEEAM REPORTER 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Click Add or Remove Programs or Programs and Features Icon 3. Scroll down to Veeam Reporter for VI3, click it, and then click Change/Remove. STARTING When you start Veeam Reporter for the first time, you are required to activate the license file that is sent to your email after registration (see Licensing). Launch Veeam Reporter and then use the Install license button on the welcome screen of the Reporter wizard to browse to the license file (.lic) to activate the license. Now you can proceed with Veeam Reporter Wizard and take advantage of all features of the program. LICENSING Veeam Reporter is licensed per socket for each Managed Server. Managed Server is defined as VMware ESX Server that is monitored, collected data from or otherwise managed by the software. “Socket” means a single, physical chip that houses no more than four (4) processor cores. The trial license key is sent to you after registering at Download Center, it activates the Veeam Reporter evaluation version. Evaluation version allows you to test, free of charge all features of the program except the Storage Capacity report, which is available as a demo, for a period of 30 days from installation. You are notified of using the evaluation copy by the “Reporter Evaluation Version” text accompanying the object property name in reports in Word, Excel, and PDF.
