Wednesday at Microsoft Management Summit 2011 continued to give attendees an in-depth view into System Center. Microsoft corporate vice president, management and security division, Brad Anderson delivered both keynotes at the event. Wednesday’s keynote focused on balancing the challenges related to the consumerization of IT. These are challenges that all system administrators face.
During Brad’s keynote, he highlighted that the management mobile devices was one of the cornerstone challenges facing IT pros today. One of the announcements that Microsoft made will address this situation directly. Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012 has the ability to manage devices such as the iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows Phone 7 and other device platforms.
