Support of double-byte localized operating systems

Challenge

Veeam ONE might experience issues when installed on an operating system that is localized using double-byte code table.

For example:

  • Chinese

  • Japanese

  • Korean

Cause

Double-byte localized operating systems are not currently supported.

Solution

On the machine where Veeam ONE Server is installed, change the locale settings of the guest operating system to English.
