Historical performance data, custom alarms, reporting tasks and excluded hosts records are not transferred to the new database while upgrading Veeam Monitor from version 4 to version 5.
This is a known issue.
There is no solution available at this time. Historical data will be retrieved again from vCenter server or stand-alone hosts (depending on the scenario you are using). Custom alarms, reporting tasks and excluded hosts records should be re-defined from scratch.
Please be aware that we’re making changes which will restrict access to product updates for users without an active contract.
