When you upgrade from 8.x to 9.x of Veeam Enterprise Manager, Cloud Connect Portal is not installed by default.
Cause
This requires a workaround, to install manually.
Solution
Use the following procedure to install Cloud Connect Portal manually:
Confirm Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager is installed.
Execute BackupCloudPortal_x64.msi from the installation .iso image file. (IE: InstallationDisk\CloudPortal\BackupCloudPortal_x64.msi)
After installation is completed, confirm that a new website named VeeamCloudConnectPortal appears in IIS Manager. (By default, Veeam Cloud Connect Portal uses https protocol and 6443 port.)
