Data not accurate in reports

Challenge

Correct issues of data discrepancy in reports

Cause

Data in reporter by default is updated daily at 3:00 AM. As such any data after that will not show in reporter until next collection cycle.

Solution

  • Run collection cycle manually
  • Open Veeam ONE Reporter
  • Select Configuraton from top bar next to workspace.
  • Select Servers
  • Click Object Property Collection task.
  • Click Run Now.
  • Once Collection completes verify data in report

More Information

Please note that scheduling can also be changed by selecting Object Property Collection Task then clicking Scheduling.
