This article covers how to properly compile your Veeam Service Provider Console ConnectWise Manage Plugin logs, as well as uploading logs when submitting a technical support case.
Log into the Veeam Service Provider Console UI and navigate to Configuration > Plugin Library and click on the ConnectWise Manage plugin to access the plugin UI.
In the plugin UI, navigate to Support Information, then click Download logs.
Select the time period for which you would like logs collected, then click OK
Once downloaded, upload the exported archive to your case via the customer portal or via the FTP listed on your case. In the case of uploading via FTP, please notify the engineer assigned to your case once the upload is complete.
Alternatively, you may manually collect the ConnectWise Manage plugin log files from the following location on the Veeam Service Provider Console server: C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Veeam Availability Console\Plugins\ConnectWiseManage\Log
