Requirements

Please confirm that you are running version 3 (build 3.0.0.2647) or later prior to upgrading. You can check this under Configuration | Support Information in the Veeam Service Provider Console UI. After upgrading, your build number will be 4.0.0.4877.

To upgrade from earlier versions, please prepare your installation per this knowledge base article and upgrade to v3 first and then proceed with upgrading to v4.
