What’s next for VeeamON 2020?

We have decided to bring VeeamON 2020 to you virtually in place of our face-to-face gathering in Las Vegas. Get ready by marking your calendar for June 17-18. Registration and agenda will launch shortly. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information on how to register and join our community for this virtual experience!

What led Veeam to make this decision?

Nothing is more important to us than the well-being of our Veeam community, and this decision was made with great care and consideration for the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and sponsors. Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the latest updates from international health organizations regarding COVID-19. Considering recent developments and the rapid impact that the virus is having across the globe led us to explore a new path forward for VeeamON 2020.

Do I need to cancel my registration?

No, your registration will be canceled automatically by our team.

Once next steps are determined for VeeamON 2020, will I be required to register again?

Yes, you will be required to register again. But don’t worry — we will email you with the latest updates to ensure you are the first to know about what’s next for VeeamON 2020 and are provided the opportunity to register.

Will I receive a refund?

Yes, you will be refunded the full amount to the card used at purchase. Should you require a receipt of your refund, please contact veeamon@meetingadvice.com.

What happens if my company purchased a SKU?

The full amount will be automatically refunded, and you will receive a notification of the credit received. Should you have questions related to your SKU refund, please contact: veeamon.questions@veeam.com

What will happen to my hotel reservation?

If you booked your hotel through the VeeamON 2020 room block at the ARIA Resort, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and any deposits will be refunded to the card used for your reservation. There is no need to contact the hotel directly unless you require a receipt of your refund.

The ARIA Resort contact center can help with receipts for refunds by phone at (866) 359-7757 or (702) 590-7757. Please have your booking confirmation and reservation number ready when you call.

IMPORTANT: If you booked a hotel reservation outside of the VeeamON 2020 room block, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation and confirm the refund status on any deposits paid.

What about my airfare?

Please check with your airline carrier regarding their current policies for rebooking or refunds.

What if I booked VMCE training?

Your training will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be initiated for the full amount of training.

What if I am a sponsor and exhibitor?

We value your partnership and look forward to creating the best possible outcome for this situation. Our team has reached out to all our sponsors regarding the status of VeeamON 2020 to discuss opportunities for us to move forward together. If I cannot cancel my flight and plan to come to Las Vegas, what activities will you offer?

At this time, there are no planned in-person VeeamON sponsored activities May 2-6 in Las Vegas.
