Andre Troskie
Andre Troskie is the EMEA Field CISO at Veeam, where he leads strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the region. In his role, he drives product strategy, go‑to‑market engagement, and collaboration with alliance partners and enterprise customers, with a strong focus on cyber resilience, risk management, and compliance.
With more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity management consulting, IT risk, and assurance services, Andre brings a wealth of expertise in helping organizations strengthen governance, mitigate threats, and build resilient security frameworks. His background spans Big‑4 professional services, global systems integrators, and private consulting practices.
Before joining Veeam, Andre spent 16 years in Big‑4 Consulting (PwC, Deloitte, and EY), where he advanced to Associate Partner focusing on cybersecurity and GRC advisory. He later co‑founded and co‑owned a private cybersecurity assurance and consulting practice, serving clients across multiple industries for seven years. Most recently, he worked at IBM as an Associate Partner for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, leading risk and security initiatives for enterprise clients.
Andre’s areas of expertise include Cyber Resilience, Cybersecurity Management Consulting, Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), and Assurance/Audit. His passion lies in helping organizations build secure, compliant, and resilient digital ecosystems aligned with business strategy.
