Guido Vosmeer is the Veeam Japan SE Director, leading the Systems Engineering organization that delivers innovative data protection and cloud solutions to customers across Japan. He is responsible for guiding technical strategy, customer enablement, and partner collaboration to ensure the success of Veeam’s modern data platform in one of its most dynamic global markets.

With extensive experience in virtualization, network and security, cloud and SaaS backup, and application delivery, Guido brings deep technical and leadership expertise to his role. He has been a featured speaker at industry events, including the Veeam On Tour Japan technical keynote, where he shares insights on data resilience, cloud innovation, and enterprise architecture.

Before joining Veeam, Guido served as Field CTO & SE Director at Nutanix Japan and as Head of Systems Engineering at F5 Networks Japan. His career spans more than two decades of driving innovation, mentoring technical teams, and helping organizations modernize IT operations through secure, scalable, and high‑performance solutions.

Guido’s specialties include pre‑sales and systems engineering, technical strategy development, and building cross‑functional teams that deliver measurable business impact. He is passionate about enabling customers to harness technology for greater agility, security, and resilience.
