Jared Matkin

Jared Matkin is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Veeam, where he focuses on Kasten by Veeam and its Kubernetes and cloud‑native partner ecosystem. With a strong background in partner and alliance marketing leadership, Jared develops messaging and programs that simplify complex technology concepts, accelerate go‑to‑market execution, and drive clarity across modern cloud and container environments.

Before his current role, Jared held several key marketing and alliance leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Alliances & Partner Marketing at Veeam, and multiple roles at SUSE, such as Partner Program Manager, Global Partner Marketing, Alliances & Embedded Systems, and Marketing Manager for ISV & Technology Partners. He also served as Director of Communications at HZO, where he led strategic communications and partner engagement initiatives across global markets.

Jared’s areas of expertise include partner and alliance marketing leadership, modern virtualization, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, product and solution marketing for technical buyers, go‑to‑market programs and field enablement, and cross‑functional strategy and execution.
