Emilee Tellez is a Field CTO and Director of Product Strategy at Veeam, where she helps organizations strengthen their data protection, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience strategies. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Emilee brings over a decade of experience at Veeam, where she has worked in a variety of technical and strategic roles spanning engineering, customer enablement, and product leadership.
In her current role, Emilee leads initiatives focused on advancing recovery strategies for any type of disaster, from ransomware and cyber extortion to large‑scale infrastructure outages. She develops technical content, delivers impactful presentations and product demonstrations at major industry events, and contributes her expertise through podcasts, webinars, and technical workshops. Globally, she supports organizations in building data resilience by leading incident response and cyber recovery workshops, bridging the gap between product innovation and practical execution.
Throughout her 11‑year career at Veeam, Emilee has held several key positions, including Inside Systems Engineer (2014–2016), Field Engineer (2018–2020), Senior Systems Engineer (2020–2022), Product Strategy Technologist (2022–2023), Senior Technologist (2023–2024), and now Field CTO and Director of Product Strategy (2024–Present).
