Emma Lutton
Emma Lutton is a Senior Federal Marketing Manager at Veeam, where she leads digital marketing strategies aligned to the mission-critical needs of U.S. federal customers. With more than 11 years in the federal space, she brings a combination of engineering leadership, digital communications expertise, and a strong commitment to public service.
A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Emma served as a shipboard Engineering Officer and later leading the Coast Guard’s digital and social media program to expand public awareness of the service’s mission, including a viral moment featured on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. She later joined Microsoft Federal, where she served as Marketing Lead for Defense and Intelligence Agencies and supported key initiatives including the creation of the Microsoft Federal subsidiary and the launch of FedRAMP High for Azure. While at Microsoft, Emma also worked as a Customer Success Account Manager supporting the U.S. Army, partnering with stakeholders to advance mission outcomes through technology. She subsequently served as Marketing and Brand Communications Manager at HII, a major defense contractor and the nation’s leading defense shipbuilder.
Emma holds an MBA (Marketing) from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and an Engineer in Training (EIT) in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Her areas of expertise include federal and public sector marketing, digital transformation, FedRAMP cloud adoption, and mission-critical solutions, with a focus on helping agencies communicate and execute secure, high-impact programs.
