Marcelle Drakes-Ruffin is Data & AI Maturity Model PMM Director at Veeam, where she leads the Data & AI Trust Maturity Model initiative. She helps organizations assess their maturity, strengthen data trust and resilience, and turn insights into prioritized actions that support secure, scalable AI adoption.
Marcelle brings extensive experience in data and AI strategy and transformation, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), data resilience, and AI readiness and governance. Before joining Veeam, she held technical consulting and program management roles at Accenture, PwC, IBM, and IDB, partnering with CISOs and CIOs on cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives across healthcare, financial services, and the public sector.
Through her work, Marcelle helps organizations align data, security, governance, and business stakeholders around a practical path to trusted AI, identifying capability gaps, prioritizing investments, and building resilient data foundations for responsible innovation.
