Masashi Takazawa
Masashi Takazawa is a Senior Inside Systems Engineer at Veeam Software. After starting his career in IT at a bank-affiliated systems integrator, Masashi supported infrastructure design, implementation, and operations, and later gained experience designing and developing healthcare systems. He then spent 10 years in server and storage presales, including roles as a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer and Alliance Systems Engineer. Today, he works with customers and partners through technical Q&A and webinars to help teams get the most value from Veeam products.
Masashi brings deep expertise in backup and recovery for virtualized environments, cloud backup and recovery, and application-aware protection for Microsoft Active Directory, SQL Server, and WSFC. His experience also spans PostgreSQL and MySQL backup and recovery, Linux cluster backup and recovery, and leading both partner Systems Engineer and inside Systems Engineer teams to improve technical readiness and customer outcomes.
