Important note: This validation was performed using four (4) nodes of the SG5812 StorageGRID appliance.

The storage solution must be appropriately sized, considering both capacity and performance, to ensure proper operation. Additionally, both the storage solution and the Veeam deployment must be configured in accordance with the StorageGRID best practices for deployment with Veeam Backup and Replication.

Strong Consistency must be explicitly enabled in the configuration settings to meet the compatibility requirements for Veeam Backup and Replication v12. Please follow the vendor's guidelines on steps to be taken for the proper configuration.
Important note: This solution requires installing the private hotfix (TF1349378) from Veeam.

The SG5812 StorageGRID appliance is an integrated storage and computing platform that operates as a Storage Node in a StorageGRID grid.
