This Veeam Ready test was performed with storage having a configuration that includes SSD/Flash.  As such, this classification only applies to similar configurations in which the same amount or more SSD drives are used.  The use of non-SSD drives may negatively impact performance.
IAM/STS functionality is not supported by the solution.

Important: When using Veeam version 12.1 or higher, customers must implement a registry key to prevent failures when deleting large amounts of data during routine object tasks.

Warning: In rare instances, customers may experience an issue when using object storage, where duplicate object IDs are created.

Please upgrade to ONTAP 9.12.1P18 or later, minimum. NetApp recommends upgrading to ONTAP 9.17.1GA or later.

Warning: While ONTAP 9.14 and above support Object Immutability, this feature has never been tested successfully with Veeam Ready.
