What’s New

Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft Entra ID now supports manual backups via a new Policy Details page. This page lists the two backup policies per tenant, displays detailed policy status, and enables a new “Run Backup Now” action for each policy (when not already running or queued). On-demand backups are queued instantly, with completion status shown in Jobs and Notifications.

Why This Matters

Manual backup control provides flexibility for admins to create restore points as needed, improving operational confidence and data protection responsiveness.
