With more than two decades of experience across enterprise IT and cybersecurity, Mark has advised organizations in North America and Asia-Pacific on the full arc of data resilience — from Zero Trust architecture and compliance frameworks to ransomware response and modern recovery. Having worked his way through nearly every role in the presales and technical go-to-market world, from systems engineer to director, he brings a practitioner's perspective that is equal parts strategic and hands-on.
