Serge Charles is the Systems Engineering Manager for Veeam’s Service Provider team across Australia and New Zealand, with 30 years of experience in the IT industry. He leads a team of Systems Engineers supporting service providers and the channel partner community across the region. With deep expertise in data protection, cloud platforms, and modern backup architectures, Serge helps partners and enterprises design resilient, secure data protection strategies using the Veeam portfolio, including Veeam Data Platform and Cloud Connect. He is known for his customer first approach, delivering technical reviews, health checks, and strategic planning across ANZ, with a focus on partner enablement, modernization, and addressing evolving cyber and compliance challenges.
