Laksana will lead Veeam’s mission to empower organizations across Indonesia with world-class data resilience solutions, a critical driver for the country’s dynamic and rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Laksana brings more than 25 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions to Veeam. Throughout his career, he has delivered strong business results and built high-performing teams. Most recently, as Country Manager for Trend Micro Indonesia, Laksana developed and implemented a data-driven sales strategy focused on the BFSI and public sector industries, delivering strong double-digit annual growth during his tenure there. He led a team of cybersecurity professionals, achieving consistent growth in new client acquisition while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Before joining Veeam, Laksana had also held senior leadership positions at VMware, iForte Solusi Infotek, and Metrodata Group, where he was responsible for building and directing sales teams and securing major contracts. At VMware, he led the sales function, forming long-term partnerships with key clients and successfully addressing customer needs with tailored technology solutions. Earlier roles at iForte Solusi Infotek and Metrodata Group saw him spearheading sales of IT infrastructure and ERP solutions, expanding market reach, and delivering complex IT projects across Indonesia’s enterprise, BFSI, and public sectors.
A recipient of multiple President’s Club awards throughout his career, Laksana has consistently been recognized for his outstanding sales performance, leadership, and a strong focus on customer success. His passion for technology matches his ability to motivate and mentor teams, resulting in high employee retention and a thriving work environment.

Laksana holds a Master’s in Management of Technology from the University of Multimedia Nusantara and a Master’s in Law from the University of Pancasila, an Engineer Professional Program degree from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Informatics Engineering from Duta Wacana Christian University. He is fluent in Bahasa, proficient in English, and has a working knowledge of Mandarin.
