Attempting to install/upgrade Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager fails with the following error:
Failed to create website 0x80070020
Note: Customers have reported that Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection can cause this issue. As such, it should be temporarily disabled to allow the installation of Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager to complete.
If the install/upgrade continues to fail after disabling all antivirus/antimalware software, please create a support case and attach a ZIP file containing all files and folders found within: C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Setup\Temp
