Unsupported license deployment alarm in Veeam Service Provider Console

Challenge

Veeam Service Provider Console triggers "Unsupported license deployment. Shared license key" alarm

Cause

This alarm checks whether a license key with the same ID is installed on multiple Veeam Backup & Replication servers in the infrastructure. Shared keys and cloned backup servers will no longer be supported for future integration with Veeam’s VCSP  Pulse. Only one key per server will be allowed. 

Solution

The alarm is informational and does not affect product's functionality. Consider creating per-installation license keys to ensure full compatibility with VCSP Pulse autoreporting mechanisms.
