Release Information for Veeam Backup for Google Cloud 4 Patch 1
Requirements
Before installing this patch, please confirm that you are running Veeam Backup for Google Cloud 4 (build 4.0.0.1072). You can check your build number under Configuration | Support Information | About | Server version by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the main menu in Veeam Backup for Google Cloud.
After installing Veeam Backup for Google Cloud 4 Patch 1, your build version will be 4.0.0.1077.
Resolved Issues
- OpenSSL Library updated to the newest version (1.0.2zg).
- Update to the method to check revocation of certificates
- Update to encryption method used internally by the Veeam Backup database
Deployment Information
The update is available in the Google Marketplace and can be applied within the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud user interface.
The Notification Bell feature in Veeam Backup for Google Cloud console will advise that an update is available.
