This article is intended for customers managing Veeam Agent for Linux 6.3 deployments.
Deployments that have already been updated to Veeam Agent for Linux 13, or are being updated to it, are not affected by the repository GPG key change.
When attempting to update Veeam Agent for Linux to the latest patch 6.3.2.1307 the update fails during with GPG verification errors, preventing access to the Veeam repository and blocking the agent upgrade.
Debian-base Error Example:
NO_PUBKEY C5A1CF329BB5AC67 The repository 'https://repository.veeam.com/backup/linux/agent/dpkg/debian/public stable InRelease' is not signed. Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
This occurs because the repository signing key used for the Linux agent repository was rotated.
