Baar, Switzerland, April 11, 2012 – Veeam Software, innovative provider of VMware and Hyper-V VM backup and replication, and virtualization management solutions for virtual datacenter environments, has opened a new office in Baar, Switzerland as the global headquarters for the company. The office expansion joins the regional headquarters for EMEA in Paris, the Americas in Columbus, Ohio and Asia Pacific in Sydney. Veeam celebrated its grand opening event with top reseller partners in Europe, highlighting their accomplishments with the EMEA ProPartner of the Year Awards.

Veeam’s EMEA ProPartner of the Year Award winners were selected in the categories of best growth, top performers, and best distributors in 2011. Growth ProPartners of the Year showed the most dramatic increase in Veeam revenue and the most growth in Veeam sales as a percentage of their business. Top Performers of the Year demonstrated the greatest revenue growth in 2011. Distributors of the Year showed the most year-over-year revenue growth and greatest acquisition of new Veeam partners.
