A Veeam-related service fails to start with the following error:
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
In all situations, the first place to check and investigate why the service won't start is the Windows Event Logs of the machine where the service was started. The event logs may indicate the exact reason for the issue (e.g., timeout, .NET issue, or connection issue)
