Purpose

This article documents how to manually install the Report Packs after manual Veeam ONE database creation (KB2312).

Solution

  1. Mount the Veeam ONE installer ISO
  2. Navigate to the \Reporter folder on the Veeam ONE ISO
  3. Copy VeeamONE.Reporter.Server.x64.msi to a convenient location on the machine and extract it as an archive.
How to extract MSI contents
  1. Within the extracted files, copy all files with the .pkg extension to:
    C:\Program Files\Veeam\Veeam ONE\Veeam ONE Reporter Server\
locate the pkg files in the extracted folder
  1. Restart the Veeam ONE Reporting Service service.
  2. Confirm that all the files you copied to the Veeam ONE installation folder from step four have been automatically removed after the service restart.
  3. Check whether the reports you need are available.
  4. Install the latest update for your Veeam ONE version. If the update has already been installed, repeat the installation.
