The issue should be fixed in later releases. In the meantime, a workaround is available.

here. Follow the steps below to apply it.
1. Make sure you have a full backup of Labtech database before you proceed.
2. Connect to the MySQL instance, where Labtech database is located.
3. Run
plugin_veeambr_sp_delete_old_objects_fixed.sql against the Labtech database (the default DB name is
labtech).
4. Open
Labtech Control Center, and initiate data collection against any of the listed Backup servers (
navigate to Clients > Veeam > right-click a Veeam Backup Server > Scripts > Veeam Scripts > Veeam: Collect Backup Server Data). You can also wait for the collection script to run as scheduled.
When the script completes, a retention will be applied, dropping all records older than 3 days.
