Which Veeam products can Veeam Availability Console for Service Providers manage?
In its current version, Veeam Availability Console for Service Providers can remotely manage and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication™ v9 U1 and above, as well as Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 2.0. In Update 1, monitoring support for Veeam Agents managed by Veeam Backup & Replication — including Veeam Agent for Linux — is included. Full support for Veeam Agent for Linux is planned for 2018.
Is it integrated with any other Veeam products?
Veeam Availability Console for Service Providers is a FREE stand-alone product that is tightly integrated with Veeam Cloud Connect for Service Providers, so not only can you remotely monitor and manage your customer’s Veeam infrastructure, but you can also send their backups and replicas to your hosted backup repository and cloud hosts.

Veeam Availability Console is able to integrate with any existing portals, third-party applications and workflows via RESTful API. It also integrates with the Swagger API framework, giving service providers an easy way to visualize, explore and interact with RESTful API.

In Update 1, Veeam Availability Console includes native integration with ConnectWise Manage, making it easy for service providers to deliver more value to their customers, while reducing administration by consolidating the management, monitoring and billing of multiple services into a single pane of glass.
