Import fails with "No such file"

Challenge

When trying to import VBK, the import fails with the error “No such file.”

Cause

This message can occur due to improper setup of the storage connection.

Solution

To correct this issue:

 

  1. Confirm that this backup was created in the same version.

  2. Copy the backup file(s) to the Veeam computer and then re-import locally.
