Everpure + Veeam Partnership

Veeam and Everpure currently have two product integrations.  The first is Veeam Data Platform storage snapshot integration with Everpure FlashArray, the second is Everpure Pure1 integration with Veeam Incident API.  These integrations provide joint solutions that combine Veeam Data Platform with Everpure Fusion fleet-awareness to deliver fleet-wide backup, fast recovery, and AI-driven cyber resilience across hybrid environments. Pure1 storage anomaly detection feeds signals into the Veeam Incident API to speed clean, reliable recovery. 

Veeam integrates with Everpure FlashArray through a software plug-in built on the Veeam Universal Storage API (USAPI). This enables storage snapshot integration, including: backup from storage snapshot, snapshot orchestration, and the ability to perform rapid recovery from array-based snapshots with Veeam Explorers and Instant Recovery.  This not only reduces the impact of backups on production workloads, but also provides more frequent snapshot recovery points for improved Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs). 

The Pure1 Veeam Anomaly Awareness Workflow is an integration between Pure1, Everpure’s AI-driven, SaaS-based management and analytics platform and the Veeam Incident API to sends Pure1 detected storage anomaly signals into Veeam Data Platform. The workflow flags suspicious restore points in Veeam Data Platform so cyber-resilience teams can quickly identify clean recovery points after a suspected cyberattack.

Pure1 uses AI-driven storage anomaly detection to spot unusual activity such as abnormal latency or suspicious I/O behavior on FlashArray. These signals flow into the Veeam Incident API to trigger alerts and tag affected restore points, reducing mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to recover (MTTR).

The Veeam Incident API is a RESTful interface that lets external security and monitoring tools report incidents and anomalies directly to Veeam Backup & Replication. It triggers automated responses such as restore point tagging, connecting storage-side detection to recovery workflows.

Everpure Fusion acts as the control plane to manage tens to hundreds of arrays as a single hybrid storage cloud.  The Everpure Fusion plug-in for Veeam’s USAPI automatically registers FlashArray systems, applies protection policies once across all protected objects, and runs recovery jobs fleet-wide without custom scripts. This centralizes management and visibility and eliminates array-by-array management.
