Error: Credentials with id '...' was not found

Credentials within database need to be reset.


When a job fails with the above error you will need to perform the following steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Within the ‘Backup Infrastructure’ pane navigate to ‘Windows Servers’
  2. Right click ‘This Server’, select 'Properties' and follow the wizard by clicking ‘next’
  3. Once the wizard has successfully completed, the credentials within the database will be updated
  4. Restart Veeam services
  5. Run the job
