Error: Credentials with id '...' was not found
Credentials within database need to be reset.
When a job fails with the above error you will need to perform the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Within the ‘Backup Infrastructure’ pane navigate to ‘Windows Servers’
- Right click ‘This Server’, select 'Properties' and follow the wizard by clicking ‘next’
- Once the wizard has successfully completed, the credentials within the database will be updated
- Restart Veeam services
- Run the job
