Challenge

Upgrading existing Backup Enterprise Manager fails.

Cause

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Solution

In order to correct this issue, do the following:

1. Rather than running ‘setup.exe’, navigate to the ‘EnterpriseManager’ folder, and run ‘BackupWeb.msi’. Typically: “D:\EnterpriseManager”
