Veeam One installation\upgrade fails on the Reporter\Business View site deployment step.
Antivirus software may prevent applications from making changes to IIS, which is used by Veeam Reporter and Business View components to deploy their sites.
Disable antivirus software on the Veeam ONE server during the installation process. After the installation is successfully complete, enable the antivirus.
If the first solution does not help, please log in as Local Administrator and try the installation/upgrade again.
