Backup repository upgrade fails after upgrading to v5


A local backup repository fails to upgrade after upgrading to Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 5.0 version


In case when the Team Chat folder has been protected with the earlier version of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, a backup repository may contain items with several versions that have identical timestamps. After the product is upgraded to version, this causes a repository database conflict when upgrading local backup repositories.


To resolve the issue, please contact Veeam Support.
