In the course of working with Veeam Support you may be asked to provide log files. As a primary means of attaching these to the case you can use the add logs option in the customer portal.
As an alternative option for providing log files to support you can generate an SFTP account via the customer portal. This article will document how to create and use SFTP.

In the Customer Support Portal locate the "SFTP Link" (See screenshot above) and copy it the clipboard, then paste it into the "Host name:" field in the WinSCP Login screen and it will populate in the necessary fields.

Within FileZilla simply paste the SFTP Link found in the Customer Portal (see screenshot above) into the Host field and click quickconnect.
