In the course of working with Veeam Support you may be asked to provide log files. This article documents how to upload the diagnostic log files via Secure FTP (SFTP).
Note: Please place files in the /upload/ folder. Once you have completed the log upload process you must reply to the case and notify the support engineer that logs have been uploaded.
Using WinSCP with SFTP

Use the following settings:
- Host Name: supportftp.veeam.com
- Port: 22
- User Name: received from ticket/engineer.
Example: ftp######## (where # is the ticket number)
- Password: received from ticket/engineer
- Protocol: SFTP
Using FileZilla with SFTP

Within FileZilla simply paste the URL with SFTP information into the Host field and click quickconnect.
