To generate an SFTP account for your case, please log in to the Customer Portal (https://my.veeam.com/#/my-cases
) and click on the 3-dot-menu next to the case and then select "Generate SFTP Account" (img #1)
. Once the account is created, you will be redirected to the case details page, where the SFTP details
will be listed (img #2).
If you do not see the "Generate SFTP account" option in the menu, an SFTP account has already been created. To view the SFTP information, click "Update case."
