How to Generate SFTP for Veeam Support Case

In the course of working with Veeam Support you may be asked to provide log files. As a primary means of attaching these to the case you can add logs via the My Account portal.

As an alternative option for providing log files to support you can generate an SFTP account via the customer portal.

Generate SFTP Account

To generate an SFTP account for your case please login to the Customer Portal (https://my.veeam.com/#/my-cases) and click on the 3-dot-menu next to the case and then select "Generate SFTP Account" (img #1). Once the account is created you will be redirected to the case details page where the SFTP details will be listed (img #2).

If you do not see the "Generate SFTP account" option in the menu, then an SFTP account has already been created. To view the SFTP information click "Update case"
