How to obtain VCSP Rental licenses if you have been migrated to VCSP Pulse

This article documents access and download instructions for VCSP Rental licenses that have been migrated to VCSP Pulse.

Note: this article only applies to VCSP partners, specifically those who have been notified via email that they have been migrated. You may also check your on-boarding status by navigating to the Production Licenses tab. Migrated licenses will be noted as such.

As part of Veeam’s continuous effort to bring more value to Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) partners, Veeam has launched a new partner portal called VCSP Pulse. Pulse supports the contracting, licensing and monthly Rental usage reporting associated with the VCSP Rental pricing program.

Partners are migrated on a rolling basis per country, per Aggregator. If you have been migrated, you have likely received at least one email from Veeam and one email from your Aggregator letting you know your status. The following KB article outlines protocols to login, download and manage your migrated licenses.

To manage your VCSP Rental licenses, point your browser to the VCSP Pulse Portal. Note: a ProPartner Portal login is required. If you do not have a login, please register at the ProPartner Portal Registration page.
