SYDNEY, Australia - 27 September 2012 – Veeam Software Group, innovative provider of backup, replication and virtualisation management solutions for VMware vSphere and Windows Server Hyper-V, has been recognised as the specialist vendor of the year at a glittering awards ceremony to mark the 21st Annual Australian Reseller News IT Industry Awards.
Over the last year, Veeam has been focused on nurturing and developing the channel, expanding its reseller support teams by over 138% globally and increasing its number of partners from 400 to 700 in 2012. In Australia, Veeam has added six staff to its channel support team as well as expanding its account management team to work closely with both end users and partners. On the product front, the company has expanded support across both Microsoft and VMware offerings.
