General product family overview:
Nutanix Objects rovides a simple and scalable S3 compatible storage tier on top of Nutanix AOS platform. Being compatible with Amazon's S3 API gives application developers a familiar interface that requires little to no change to their existing code to move to Nutanix Objects.

- When self-signed certificates are utilized in certain restricted network configurations (dark sites, etc.), the TLS connection establishment experiences connection delays during the CRL (Certificate Revocation List) checks built into the S3 gateway operating system.
Disabling CRL checking is not a recommended security best practice, however in restricted networking scenarios the setting below will disable TLS revocation checks for all interactions with object storage endpoints performed by Windows gateway machine(s) where the registry value is created:
