Neal Condon is a Technical Account Manager at Veeam, bringing over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of driving technical excellence across enterprise environments. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Neal’s career spans from enterprise mainframe systems to modern cloud and virtualization platforms, giving him a deep understanding of how hardware and software interact to shape resilient, high‑performance infrastructures.
Before joining Veeam, Neal held several key roles, including Senior Technical Account Manager at Microsoft and a position at ESPN, where he attended the first Winter X Games in Colorado. Throughout his career, he has facilitated and instructed Windows and Exchange academies for leading institutions such as Fleet Boston, Fidelity Investments, State Street Bank, and UTC, helping IT teams strengthen their enterprise architecture and security posture.
While at Compaq, Neal delivered one of the first proofs of concept for Voice over IP (VoIP) at Bell Atlantic Laboratories in Baltimore, Maryland, an early milestone in the evolution of unified communications. He also contributed to the publication Mission‑Critical Active Directory: Architecting a Secure and Scalable Infrastructure, offering insights into secure, scalable enterprise directory design.
