Enhanced NAS backup capabilities
Veeam NAS backup capabilities have seen a number of enhancements in Veeam Backup & Replication v11, most notably, Instant Recovery for NAS. This technology enables uninterrupted user access to NAS data on Lenovo ThinkSystem DM Series by instantly publishing an entire file share directly from backup.
In addition, NAS backup has gotten faster by integrating with Lenovo ThinkSystem DM Series. This will help customers streamline and simplify administration with automatic backups from native storage snapshots, as well as constructed backup policies based on automatically discovered objects and file shares.
Veeam Disaster Recovery Orchestrator v4
In addition to supporting Veeam CDP, Veeam Disaster Recovery Orchestrator v4 now also supports orchestration plans based on Lenovo ThinkSystem DM Series. This allows the automation, testing and verification of all VMware-based virtual machines on replicated storage volumes.
Orchestrator v4 builds on already powerful features such as dynamically generated documentation (including detailed DR plans with a complete audit log) and one-click DR plan executing and testing.
