Each year, Veeam® opens nominations for the Veeam Innovation Awards (VIAs) to highlight some of the great solutions and outcomes that are achievable with Veeam technologies. After the nomination period, a judging panel made up of industry experts, from both inside and outside Veeam, then determines each year’s winners. The VIA winners will be announced at VeeamON — and one of them will be voted on and crowned as “Best in Show”.
Nominations for the 2023 VIAs are now closed.
Four customers, four partners, and their nominators will be notified over the next several weeks – and then the remaining nominations will be notified and thanked.

The City of New Orleans suffered a very public ransomware attack on a Friday that completely shut down all IT Systems. City of New Orleans partnered with Pure and SHI, who were onsite within 24 hours, despite it being the weekend, and implemented new infrastructure to stand up an entirely new environment. Since recovering from the attack, Veeam & Pure have been deployed across the city, taking advantage of the integrated capabilities, single management experience and ransomware-specific capabilities such as Pure’s immutable snapshots. |
