Customer Success Manager

Select customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager to assist you through your Veeam journey.

  • Receive access to a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success team — work together to identify data management milestones and proactively set a path to ensure they’re achieved
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of your success criteria and ensure you meet your goals — both short and long term
  • Be the liaison for communicating your needs, concerns and suggestions back to Veeam
  • Assign resources to provide network analysis, on-going best practices, health checks and product training  
  • Provide information on the latest updates and industry trends, and coordinate vision road maps, so that you are well‑informed
  • Coordinate regularly scheduled calls with flexible, customer-specified frequency
  • Benefit from an annual Customer Success review
  • Access bimonthly product deep dives from a system engineer’s perspective via a Customer Success webinar

Lighthouse Program

The Veeam Lighthouse Program is our premier Customer Success Program. This global concierge program offers eligible Veeam customers all the components of the Onboarding and Customer Success Manager programs as well as additional resources, services and exclusive benefits designed to educate, connect and delight.
