Here is what you can do:
Error Variant #1
Error Variant #2
The Internet Information Services (IIS) Configuration is incorrect and prevents the Logon Prompt from loading.
This article documents the most common solution Veeam Support has found to resolve this issue:
Check IIS Anonymous Authentication Configuration
Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the Veeam ONE server.
Expand the nodes on the left side and select the site named VeeamReporter <hostname> / Sites / VeeamReporter
In the middle pane, double-click on Authentication under the IIS section.
Right-click on the entry named Anonymous Authentication, and click Edit...
Select the option for Application pool identity, and click OK.
After the Anonymous Authentication Credentials have been set to Application pool identity, reopen the Veeam ONE Web Client.
If the Anonymous Authentication Credentials were already set to Application pool identity or changing them to Application pool identity does not resolve the issue, please create a Veeam support case for further assistance.
