- Express restore experience improvements: Added a notification when the selected time range contains no restore points for the chosen objects. Also Improved usability of the FastRestore points and date/time selection controls. FastRestore points is now the default for Exchange restores and is no longer shown as a selectable option.
- Added multi-geo tenant detection and region mapping to the setup and onboarding flow, including the ability to set retention per storage region and, in Tenant Settings, allowing authorized users to view and edit Microsoft location mappings via the Multi-Geo tab. For multi-geo tenants, Flex backup policy creation now supports filtering backup objects by protected tenant locations, and Flex restore workflows have been enhanced to display PDL tags for Outlook and OneDrive, while SharePoint restores to alternate locations now validate site-alias regions.
- Microsoft Teams channel message protection is now enabled by default during Flex tenant onboarding.
- The Backup Repositories tab now appears by default in tenant Settings for users with tenant admin permissions, listing repositories and their retention settings.
- Renamed Teams Files to Shared across the UI to match the Microsoft Teams app interface update.
- Tenant administrators can now control whether self-service users can preview emails during restores via Allow email preview (tenant Settings > Access).
- Express protection policies now support CSV-based user selection for Exchange and OneDrive.

- Fixed an issue where VCSP direct onboarding could fail if the Microsoft authorization URL was copied and opened in a new tab.
- Fixed an issue where exporting Teams posts produced MSG files instead of a consistent HTML format.
- Fixed an issue where Express backup listing/search could return duplicate sites with identical IDs.
- Renamed Teams Chats to Posts across the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 UI to align with the Microsoft Teams app interface update.
